About Us

Join us in the founding of the Perelman Center for Jewish Life, new home to the Lubavitch House at Penn and the Steinhardt/Cayne Jewish Heritage Programs (JHP). For almost thirty years, these programs have established a track record of excellence. They reach thousands of students across the country, creating strong and lasting connections to their Jewish roots.

The New Building

Our New Home

Our new home will triple our usable space. We will be able to host 150 students for dinners on Friday nights and holidays, three times as many as we are able to host in our current site. Our synagogue will expand to hold more than 100 students, and we will have a library and Beis Midrash. The top two floors will include eight studio apartments as well as one three-bedroom apartment. We will also host offices for the Healthy Living Task Force and the PCJL: Jewish Women’s Center. Perhaps most importantly, students will feel at home in our Lubavitch House—with a lounge and game areas, a computer area, a JHP wing, and a welcoming front porch. Options for Kosher Dining will also be provided.
